The Landscape Design Process

What to Expect When Working with Our Landscape Designers

    • Onsite Consultation
Our designer will visit your home to discuss your landscape goals and assess the area you’d like to improve. They will answer your questions, take measurements and photos as needed, and clarify what falls within our scope of services.
    • Digital Design
We will create a detailed, bird’s-eye-view digital design of your planting plan, along with a project proposal outlining specific plant recommendations and estimated costs. Email is our preferred method of communication during this phase for efficiency and clarity.
    • Garden Center Visit
You’ll meet with our designer at the garden center to review your proposal and design in person. Here, you’ll see the selected plants firsthand. Adjustments can be made based on preferences or budget, though drawing revisions are limited. Once the deposit is received, we will reserve your plants and schedule your installation.
    • Installation
You will receive an email with your scheduled installation date. During our busiest months, installations may be scheduled up to four weeks from the date of deposit. Morning installations typically begin at 8 AM.
    • Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our plants. Hardy shrubs and trees are eligible for replacement within one year at 50% of the cost of the plants and labor.
